How does your site work?
Firstly, you need to create an account on our website if you want to buy and sel e-currency. You can easily do this by navigating to the Sign Up page section of the website.
CAN I START BUYING AND SELLING IMMEDIATELY AFTER REGISTERATION AND LOGIN?
Yes, you can start funding and withdrawing immediately. However, if your account is UN-VERIFIED, You will have a funding limit of $500 per day. BUT if your account has been verified, you have no limitation on withdrawals. To get your account verified, you need to upload your ID showing your full name and a utility bill showing your address.
WHAT TYPE OF I.D AND UTILITY BILL DO YOU ACCEPT?
You need to upload any government issued ID showing your full name and date of birth (it can be International Passport, National ID card, Driving License or Permanent Voters card) and a Utility bill showing your address (e.g. Water bill, Electricity Bill, Bank statement etc). Please note that we don’t accept any other form of document will be accepted apart from the listed.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ACCOUNT TO BE VERIFIED?
After uploading your valid ID and an acceptable utility bill, verification usually takes 24 - 48hrs (Monday - Saturday). If you receive no response after 48hrs, please Contact our support at [email protected]
HOW TO BUY E-CURRENCY?
- You need to CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT HERE or LOGIN HERE to be able to buy e-currency
- After Registration or Login
- Click on BUY
- Select the E-currency account type you want to buy
- Input the desired amount of the E-currency you want to buy or sell in US Dollar
- Paste your desired e-currency wallet address or account detail
- Click on PROCEED button to generate a payment invoice with the Transaction number. Copy down our bank information and the transaction reference number that will be displayed. The same will be sent to your registered email.
- Click on CONFIRM to record/save the transaction or click CANCEL to delete the transaction. (Note that only a confirmed invoice is valid and will be shown in your account history).
- Make the payment in the format given to you, then return to our website, login and click 'Send Alert' where you have the order details.
- Your account will be funded when we get your payment. A confirmation message will be sent to your email once we fund your account(please remember to check your SPAM folder if you didn’t see the message)
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM AMOUNT I CAN BUY OR SELL ON YOUR WEBSITE?
You can sell or buy minimum of $20, with no maximum on Blockvila. What If I change my mind and Want a refund ? We can offer you a refund but that must be in accordance with our refund policy. See Terms and conditions Page for the policy.
HOW TO PAY FOR TRANSACTION
IF CASH DEPOSIT
The name of depositor should be either your first name and the Reference number. For instance, if your name is PETER and the transaction number is 207042. Then, the name of depositor could be PETER (207042)
IF INTERNET/MOBILE/ATM TRANSFER In case of an electronic transfer, you must specify your transaction reference number in the memo/remark/message/purpose field provided.
Will I receive the value of my coin when I placed the order or the value when you sent it?
You will receive the value of the dollars you paid for at the time we sent it, e.g if you pay for $100 ripple and at the time you placed the order $100 is equivalent to 200 ripple, and due to piles orders we have to attend to before you, if by the time we are sending your ripple $100 is now 300 ripple, we will send you 300 ripple, and if $100 ripple is now 160 ripple, we will send you 160 ripple. The same apply to every coin you buy. The value of the coin at the point of sending it is what we will send to you not the value when you paid.
Will I get a reward for referring someone ?
Yes, our website has referral program. You get a certain percentage whenever the person you refer makes a successful buy order.
I noticed an error in the amount credited to my account. What should I do?
Just use the form on our chart box to inform us of the details of the error. We will act on it promptly.
My question is not answered here. What should I do?

How long does it take you to fund my account after I make payment?
Often times your account will be funded within 30 minutes, but on some rare occassions, funding maybe extended to 24hrs. Customers should be aware that sometimes it takes bank hours to get funds settled into our bank accounts for some reasons or there may be transactions in queue at our desk which need to be attended before yours based on first come first serve. We urge customers to wait for at least 5hrs after deposit laying any complaint of funding.
How long does it take you to fund my bank account after I make a withdrawal?
We offer same day withdrawal but sometimes this may be extended to 24hrs (Monday to Sunday). Note that your bank account may be deposited at the evening time.
